What Is The ?Multi-State Bar Exam? ?

The ?MBE? is a uniform, national 200 question multiple-choice exam covering the six subject areas of Torts, Contracts, Property/Future Interests, Evidence, Constitutional Law and Criminal Law/Procedure. Every state (with the exception of Louisiana and the state of Washington) has adopted the ?MBE? as part of its exam.

Timing is crucial on the Bar Exam. Students are allotted 3 hours for 100 MBE questions both in the morning and afternoon sessions, which is 1.8 minutes per question. Knowing the law is only half the battle on both the Multi-State and essay portion of the Bar Exam. Application of the law is key.

LawTutors offers a sophisticated MBE program specially designed for students who want to enhance their commercial bar review experience or those who require more personalized instruction. LawTutors has developed the LawTutors Tracking System? which works in conjunction with your general bar review courses for the MBE portion of the Bar Exam. This system tracks your particular areas of weakness within each topic pinpointing problem areas early.
